To build up inter personal relationships with departments.10.Disciplinary actions including suspension, punishment and Termination.11.Provide assistance to employees with personal problems that influence their work performance.12.Implementing career development plan & procedures to enrich employees career goals.13.Ensure proper implementation of Labor laws applicable to workers and employees.14.To ensure proper implementation of Standard Code of Conduct throughout the group.15.To closely monitor all the HR and administrative issues to establish a disciplined workplace.
