● Support erection and commissioning of WARTSILA engines (model W18V46), Exhaust gas boilers (Alfa Laval) and oil separators (GEA Westphalia) in collaboration with foreign specialists as instructed.● Support successful completion of RRT & DCT.● Operate WARTSILA engines (18V46--18 sets), air compressors, boilers & pumps.● Preventive and predictive maintenance in collaboration with maintenance team. ● Maintain proper ORD (operation routine daily) through communication with shift leaders, operation team.● Observe and supervise whole SCADA system of control room. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing Engine/Machine trends, parameters, and report for any abnormalities.● Monitor fuel system, steam system, air compressors, closed cooling system (LT&HT), WTP and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.● Carrying out all kinds of measurement jobs & maintaining records, related to engine performances like taking peak pressures, fuel rack positions, engine-wise leak fuel, and cylinder tightness according to schedule or instant maintenance requirements.● Communicating with NLDC about generation, export, and other subjective matters, to ensure smooth operation & maintain load demand as per hour requirement.● Prepare and forward all necessary reports properly to shift leaders, management team.● Check and collect all readings of 11/230 KV substation of transformers.● Isolation of equipment at the time of preventive maintenance. Maintain “Work Permit”, “Hot Work Permit”, “Confined Space Permit”, “Work at Height Permit”,” Lock Out and Tag out”● Follow Company rules and regulation related to health & safety, BBS, MSW, QMS, EMS and Social responsibilities.

● Supervise erection and commissioning of paper machine and auxiliary systems.● Lead mechanical technician teams to complete project tasks as per mechanical drawing & PNID within proposed time.● Carry out tasks delegated by project in charge regarding modification.● Manage maintenance team, distribute work and make maintenance plan.● Observe and inspect running machines for abnormalities.● Keep proper record of maintenance works and materials used.● Communicate with the warehouse about stored equipment and issue material requisition if needed.● Note down temperature of bearing, shaft, gearbox of important rolls and equipment. ● Ensure the boiler, air compressors, sheet cutter, pulp refiners, pumps and other auxiliary systems run smoothly.● Draw necessary tools and communicate with the workshop to make them as per drawing.● Maintain proper lubrication of gearboxes, bearing housing and other moving parts where necessary.● Keep proper housekeeping, cleaning of any spillage and try to maintain a healthy environment, toolbox.● Monitor systems of WTP and ETP and give support if any problem arises.
