I got a opportunity to work with Maxicus as a Sales/Customer service Team Leader in Inbound Non-Voice Process for India's one of the leading electronics company. Having an experience of managing team of 20-25 ,and had a successful experience of maintaining multiple KIPs like Shrinkage, Attrition, C-Sat, ACHT, CQ & some other sales parameters.

Got the opportunity to work as a Team Leader, and had taken care of maximum 30 advisors remotely for an E-commerce Inbound process & having experience of managing multiple KIPs like C-Sat,ACHT, Quality Score, Attrition, Shrinkage & basic process hygiene.

Worked as a customer care executive for more than 8 months in an Inbound E-commerce process.
