Duties/Responsibilities:#Coordinate with Product Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.#Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.#Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.#Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.#Coordinate with art departments to develop window displays and signage.<#Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.#Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.#Collaborate with Advertising Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.#Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.#Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.#Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.#Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

Primary Responsibility:1. Work as the key interface between the customer and all relevant stakeholders including local and international sales channel partners2. Properly understand the value chain of the customer segments and proactively identify new and cross-selling opportunities and closing deals by proactive networking and fact-finding3. Prepare sales proposals and customer requirement specifications for business leads4. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.5. Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute business agreements with business organizations6. Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations to ensure short term and long term business success for the organization.7. Understand client requirements, prepare appropriate quotation to submit to client, prepare project charter to get client approval, and overall monitoring and reporting of project milestones to ensure customer centric delivery8. Get involved in own product development process including overall planning, creating wire frame, testing, overall monitoring of milestones, and reporting to management
