• Carry out all types of Preventive, Schedule maintenance of Gas Turbine (MHPS 701F/3, 247-MW), Steam Turbine (Fuji 120-MW Re-heat & Condensing Type), HRSG (Hyundai), Air Compressor, Fuel gas booster compressor, various pumps and other equipment of 360 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. • Gas Turbine Major Inspection (MI) work carried out as a craft person.• Gas Turbine Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI) work carried out as a craft person.• Gas Turbine Combustion Inspection (CI) work carried out as a craft person.• HRSG inspection work (Tube replacement, Header leakage repair, Boiler Drum inspection, Baffle plate replacement, etc.).• Carry out spare parts planning and monitoring, Help for Preparing Maintenance Budget, work orders (Using D7i software), organizing & distribution of works, maintenance Scheduling/Planning and perform works with proper safety (As per ISO & OHSAS standard) to maintain smooth and efficient running of the plants with high degree of safety culture.• Involved with the implementation process of IS0-9001, 2008; ISO-14001, 2004 as well as OHSAS-18001, 2007.

Predictive, Preventive maintenance of 2 X GE Frame 9E Gas Turbine, 1 Steam Turbine of Harbine, HRSG of Hobinzu Boiler, Air Compressor, Fuel gas booster compressor, various pumps and other equipments.Act as planner cum maintenance engineer.Planning, scheduling and performing preventive maintenance activities. Preparation of combined cycle maintenance procedure. To carry out spare parts planning and monitoring, assisting in preparing maintenance budget, organizing & distributing day to day works, performing tasks with proper safety to maintain smooth and efficient operation of the.

 Responsible for mechanical maintenance of 34.5 MW Gas Turbine Power Plant (Model PG 6541-Frame 6B).  Carry out the schedule and emergency maintenance of GTG such as Compressor Chemical / Water washing, air filter cleaning / replacing, lube oil filter cleaning / replacing, hydraulic supply filter cleaning / replacing and generator cooler (Fin tube radiator) cleaning, bearing dismantling and assembling of load gear box and accessory gear box, Combustion Inspection, Hot gas path inspection etc. Maintaining stock of mechanical spares, making list of required spares and submit the list to Head Office (in consultation with Plant Manager) to procure from home and abroad, as required.  Installation works of 24 MW Gas Engine (NIIGATA, model: 18V28AGS gas engine): Establishing all system of piping work such as lube oil system, jacket water system, cooling water system, intake air system, starting and control air system, exhaust system, ventilation system etc. Also responsible for making BOM and installation of various equipment with its fitting such as air compressor, 12 nos pumps, 4 nos radiator, exhaust gas silencer, lube oil cooler, expansion tank, ventilation fans etc. Maintenance works 24 MW Gas Engine: Daily maintenance such as visual checking & cleaning of all engines, all cylinders & engine hall room and all mechanical equipment. Also responsible for assist the PM and DPM to making a plan and implement all mechanical maintenance works. Carry out the schedule and emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, overhauling, crank shaft replacing etc.

Responsible for all mechanical engineering solution of 52 MW HFO fired RPCL Gazipur Power Plant equipped with WARTSILA 32 engines. Establishing all system such as waste heat recovery system(3 no’s exhaust gas boiler installation), 6nos W20V32GD engine installation, Wartsilla lube oil separator & HFO separator installation, engine auxiliary module & compact booster unit installation, pipe module installation, feeder unit installation, charge air filter & exhaust gas module installation(EGM),12 no’s radiator installation(each radiator include 6 fan of 7.5 KW),exhaust gas silencer installation & exhaust gas tail pipe fabrication, auxiliary boiler installation, all unloading & transfer pump installation, all tanks installation. All system piping design & installation. Responsible for establishing of maintenance water tank, starting air compressor & instrument air compressor installation.
