Maintain cash requisition slip & forecasting daily cash requisition. Maintain cash book ledger both manually and in accounts software. Preparing, maintaining & entering bank related transactions. Maintenance bill registers (Utility & Suppliers). Approve & payment of all utility bill. Cash collection from bank with the help of other staffs. Check & monitor all the vouchers. Recording all transaction like receive voucher, payment voucher. Checking bills & invoices (quantity, rate, & total amount) for payment. Weekly & monthly expenditure report making.
