For the moment, I am working at Noora Health as the Associate Training Manager of the Care Companion Program, which aims to build the capacity of service providers to educate caregivers about proper care and reduce readmissions of patients after discharge from the hospital. I have completed a USAID-funded project as the Training Capacity Building Officer at IntraHealth International, which is a US-based organization working to develop the health education system in collaboration with MoHF&W, USAID, and other partner organizations. This program has a vision to ensure effective FP and health services for all who follow the AUAFP. Earlier, I worked with CIPRB, BRAC, CARE, SDF, and the British Council in terms of developing the status of health, nutrition, youth development, governance, and accountability practices in Bangladesh. On the other hand, I am a passionate member of the Bangladesh Scouts. I have attended various workshops and training programs at home and abroad.
