Key Responsibilities: Maintaining relationship with the existing clients, negotiating credit lines and ensuring proper utilization of the credit limit. Preparing different credit proposals on account of the clients assessing their credit need and deciding the security coverage, terms and conditions of the proposed credit limit in line with existing CRM policy of the Bank. Obtaining sanction of the credit from the Competent Authority of the Bank meeting all the queries from the approval authority and negotiation of credit terms with the client. Ensuring smooth transaction of accounts. Completion of credit documentation effectively as per the sanction advice and prepare required draft deeds/documents from the panel lawyer to protect the Bank’s interest. Monitoring the loan accounts for regular repayment and liaison with the clients for payment of overdue loans (if any). Issuance of Bank Guarantees as per the requirement of the clients and timely realization of commission.
