Fulfillment Department: Lead of First Mile Team at Daraz Tejgaon HubKey Responsibilities: Monitor the entire pickup and return process of the First Mile team at the Tejgaon Hub. Manage riders and ensure the vendor pickup and return flow. Maintain clear and regular communication with riders, share updates, changes in routes, or new pickup tasks promptly. Train riders on proper vendor interaction, package handling and safety protocols Resolving issues related to transportation, consignments & seller pickup, seller failed delivery return and customer return services. Provide support in team recruitment, including planning strategies, estimating manpower needs and building a strong employee pool. Plan resource allocation, providing alternative strategies to overcome daily challenges and maintain operational continuity. Collaborated with other teams to ensure a dynamic operations process and respond to any obstacle to operational workflow. Deal with different software like HMT, LMS, OMS, and Salesforce
