Job Responsibilities : New machine installation , Using AutoCAD for machine layout drawing as well as proper solution of Chiller, Overhead crane, Air Compressor & other Utility section.  Closely supervise the technical team & guide them for troubleshooting of injection molding machine.  Good knowledge about TECHMATION control & KEBA control considering injection molding controlling system.  Experience on new machine specification, technical data sheet, design, modification, new series & features for high speed solution etc.  Working experience about induction & servo both system of injection molding machine.  Regularly check the critical program of MMI , CPU and servo drive for smooth operation of injection molding machine.  Communicate with Chinese technical team for troubleshooting of any critical job.  Working experience of both Servo & VFD like KEB, Inovance, Hunter, Austone etc.  Ensure to check spare parts on regular basis to provide smooth customer support.  Trainer of injection molding machine for new team member.  Meeting with the new clients to ensure the technical features, data & support.  Interacting with clients and vendors in a professional manner.

Job Responsibility:  Monitor & Supervise usage of spare parts to ensure optimum usage & availability of spare parts.  Analyze about MTTR & MTTF regularly to reduce breakdown of machine & mold.  Responsible to maintain the checklist & relevant documents as per Audit requirements.  Ensure preventive maintenance regularly to reduce breakdown of machine & mold.  New machine installation , Using AutoCAD for machine layout drawing as well as proper maintain of Chiller, Overhead crane, Air Compressor & other Utility section.  Closely supervise the technical team & guide them for timely completion of electrical & mechanical maintenance works of machineries.  Checking machinery and assigning repairs and upgrades to technicians as needed.  Ensuring that all assignments are completed correctly in a timely manner.  Working on specified projects and being accountable for completion.  Troubleshooting and solving any machinery issues that arise in plant.  Scheduling team and overseeing performance.  Participating in daily meetings with other shift leaders and management.  Training of new team members.  Interacting with clients and vendors in a professional manner.  Encourage team members to do any maintenance work using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)  Coordinate with JICA team & established ''Bengal World Class Model Line'' to produce plastic parts for automotive industries like TVS, Honda etc.
