Following the user manual and protocols and alert the supervisor in case of malfunctioning. 8. Applying hygiene and safety protocols, doing daily cleaning maintenance, sterilization, washing general glassware after procedures are done. 9. Ensuring proper sample waste disposal. 10. Supplying orders, doing stock, storing conditions followup, keeping inventory. 11. Keeping organized the data collection system of laboratory results and all information generated from the analysis done. 12. Reporting all relevant information linked to the activity in the laboratory to the line manager, especially the loss, robbery, damage of laboratory equipment or medicines.

I did Performed hematological, biochemical and other tests and reported the result as per technical instructions of the government guideline 2. Also ensured the standard of laboratory services according to the guideline explaining the procedure of laboratory tests to the patients 3. I did Strictly followed standard operating procedure SOP in providing laboratory tests including serology and ensured the results are provided in a timely manner 4. I have collected specimens in accordance and on the advice of the medical guideline 5. Properly ensured the pathological specimens are well maintained in cold chains and I assist in specimens transported with strict compliance to the instructional of infectious specimen transportation. 6. I did assist in ensuring quality assurance measures covering pre analysis, analysis and post analysis are optimally undertaken and recorded. 7. I maintained register data entry into databases, records, laboratory test results and reporting of laboratory results. 8.I Performed such other duties as assigned by the supervisor
