o Analyze project proposals, profile & financial model, design and review the project appraisal models for different new projects and BMRE.o Prepare yearly budget for the company, analyze the budget vs. actual and monitor and evaluate the handling of finances and budgetso Check and authorize all cash payment, receipt, journal, sales and other vouchers at farm level.o Manage financial resources by monitoring company’s cash flows to ensure sufficient funds for operation efficiently and budgets including budget allocation and approval of expenditureso Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements for management and regulatory reportingo Implementation of fixed assets register & supervise the maintenance of fixed assets database to record all movements of assets, properties, equipment and vehicles.o Various Cost Analytical Report Like Contribution & Profit Margin Analysis, Develop costing method like product costing & ABC costingo Prepare and record LC related transaction, Inventory & Bio logical assets valuation according to accounting standard.o Maintaining all sorts of business communication with Banks, prepare and record accrued interest expenses for loans & submitting FDI reports on timely manner.o Analyze SKU wise, region wise & Category wise Sales Revenue and report to management for decision making. o Practicing with International Financial Reporting, Standards, International Auditing Standard, Income Tax & VAT Laws, and Companies Act etc.

• Monitoring daily on invoice raised, recorded & dispatched, Cash received & recorded and reviewing receivable ledger for credit balances & aged debt listing and issuing two dunning letter every month at overdue by 14th & 28th days;• Performing Module reconciliation, Intercompany & Balance Sheet reconciliation and report to the Telenor Group Finance in their Workday- 6th & 10th meeting every month as a representative of AR Team;• Planning and performing Period Closure activities of AR Module of forty-five Business Unit of Telenor Group within deadline;• Assisting various team with various reports like-AR-GL status report, Collection report; AR open report;• Developing and maintaining various internal control point with compliance to SOX;• Identifying opportunities for improvement and to reduce wastes and Non value activities in the process;• Communicating various customer with their queries and give financial advice;• Preparing, developing and maintaining of Standard operating procedure(SOP) of end to end AR process of AR Module- Oracle ERP;• Performing successfully implementation of Elektronisk Handelsformat (EHF) invoicing project for two Business Unit of Telenor Group and Blackline reconciliation project as a team member of that Project.

• Invoices raised, recorded & dispatched, Cash received & recorded for forty-five Business entities into the System-Oracle (Global ERP);• Perform on receivable ledger for credit balances & aged debt listing and issuing two dunning letter every month at overdue by 14th & 28th days;• Maintain daily Control Charts, 3x3 Scorecard / Metrics and Detailed Process Flow to understand the performance against customer requirements, Standard Work Instructions and meet control plan;• Proper maintenance of customer details and credit information;• Perform on Period closing activities of AR Module, Module reconciliation and make adjustment if any deviation arises;• Manage various customer queries with proper solution.• Process Auto invoice and receipts in Oracle.• Maintain various internal control point with compliance to SOX;

• Managing relationship with banks, working capital and liquidity management to ensure that sufficient but not excessive amount of cash are available on daily basis to fund inventory, payable & receivable.• Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts;• Proper maintenance of customer details and credit information;• checking of sales and modem lifting report and passing entries in accounting software (ACPAC);• Reporting of daily bank balance and collection to Manager-Treasury;• Reconciliation of major vendor’s outstanding and reporting to Manager-Treasury;• Cash Flow Projection, vendors bill management and aged payment listing• Voucher preparation and payment, • Revenue collection of own channel and deposit to bank;• Deduct TDS & VDS as per Income Tax Ordinance;
