Filling & Packing System. * 50 KG Grain, 55 KG Grain fully Automatic continuous Filling & Packing System. 5.Installation of Fire hydrant piping, pipe supports, Pillar hydrant, Hydrant box & landing valve. 6.Bag Barge loader System 7.Ship Unloader System

 Develop Project Execution plan and network and accordingly drive at ground to achieve business interest. Performed modifications work, checking design and as built drawings, review, preparation of work schedule, periodical progress report, preparation of material specifications, BOQ, Quotation quality control and testing procedures. Design & installation of Compressed air, Chilled water, Steam & condensate, potable water, nitrogen line piping work. Pipe insulation work by rock wool, nitrile rubber & Puff materials. Planning of Site scaffolding erection, dismantle & inspection. Provide daily work progress to superior throughout the Project design & inform accordingly if any incident happens on the project. Actively maintain safety & hazards while working at site & motivated co-workers to work safely. Manpower Control and Maintenance. Piping Documentation. To support engineering team in documentation job related to design, construction & maintenance project. End-to-end support to project management team, project engineering and construction team for conceiving ideas and completion billing. Under the company already completed projects, Unilever Bangladesh Ltd (ARCS) Tongi, Nestle Bangladesh IF Bulk new (Lactogen)project and Asian Paint BD. Professional Expertise: -Overall responsibilities to look at the production machineries.- Preparation of purchase proposal of different types of spare parts that are related to the above works.-To prepare all necessary procedure to procure equipment’s & materials for maintenance work.-Quality check of equipment’s & materials supplied by local & foreign supplier.-Monitoring the sample development process.-Work with digital printer machines & PLC machine also.-Ensure proper production planning & ensure achievement as per production plan.-Target calculation of each machine, production follow up increase productivity with quality.-Ability to maintain maximum workers & supervisor.-Ability to work under pressure.

Professional Expertise:-Work as a team leader & monitoring daily Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance of machineries &auxiliaries.-Perform preventive, Predictive and corrective maintenance.- Assist to modification works for process & Utility machineries.-Generating all necessary reports & assuring proper documentation.-Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.-Ensure proper tools and materials for the work to be done.
