Job Responsibility :1. Ensure GLP is practiced in the lab.2. Quality check of raw ingredients and finished products.3. Quality check of Packaging Materials (Foil, Metal Can, Master Carton, InnerBox, Plastic-Jar, Cap, Spoon) etc.4. Environmental hygiene condition monitoring. (Swab Test & Air Exposal Test)5. Ensure personal hygiene, cleanliness, pest control program and trend analysis.6. Ensure all equipment’s calibration, verification & records.7. Shelf life study of products and Sensory evaluation.8. Getting quotation from different suppliers, Put requisition, regular monitoring, receivingmaterials as per the requisition & keeping records.9. Provide training of need base & newly appointed employees.8. Any Customer complain raised from marketing department to ensure root cause analyzing, corrective action, preventive action and give them feedback as early as possible.9. To keep good co-operation with production and maintenance departments to minimize production break down time and properly maintaining GMP, GLP & pest control.10. Vitalac Factory management did appointment to Food safety team member, HACCP Team Member, Safety Committee member secretary and HALAL Supervisor.11. Internal auditor (Certified by SGS) on ISO TS 22002-1-PRPs of FSSC 22000 version 5.1.12. Conduct regular internal and external quality control audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.13. Ensuring product compliance with legal and quality standards, Manage legal documents of International standards like BSTI, FSMS (ISO-22000:2018), FSSC 22000, QMS (ISO-9001:2015), HACCP, HALAL (OIC SMIIC-1:2019).14. Prepare all SOP, Documents & maintain records as per ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL standard requirement.

Routine test of Raw milk, Powder milk, Pasteurized milk, UHT milk, Ghee & Butter, Curd, FCMP & SMP(Organoleptic test, FFA, Rancidity, acid value, Moisture, Bulk density, Peroxide value, melting Point,CLR,Acidity, Alcohol, Fat & Adulteration test).2. Checking all kind of packaging Materials such as GSM, Length, Height, Weight, Thickness etc.3. Calibrating of all weight balance, Chemical Preparation & Purity test and stock maintain.4. Routine Microbiological Test (Standard Plate Count, Coliform Count, Yeast Mold Count & Media Preparation).5. Online checking of all Dairy products (Pasteurized Milk, Flavored Milk, Ghee, Butter, Curd & Powder Milk)6. Water test (pH, Total Dissolved Solid, Total Hardness, Different Microbiological test) for Water.7. Checking of all Factory Hygiene & Personnel Hygiene.
