I am very interested in applying for the HVAC & chiller technician Getting service done within a given time frame.Rm/CM&PM works scheduling and distributing.Planning & executing variable jobs Responsible for the preparation of the annual and monthly schedule for preventive.Preventive maintenance for HVAC & chiller systems.Ensures proper implementation and completion of all preventive maintenance schedules.Good knowledge of VFD panel and maintenance.Handling snagging operation within a site.Have a good knowledge in electrical field. Performance maintenance and repair of HVAC- FCU-AHU-FAHU- equipment in the chiller plant including, but not limited to pumps, chiller, air compressors, exhaust fansPerforms daily inspections of chiller plant systems and effectively documents all discrepancies. Performs diagnostics, alignment and replacement of chiller plant equipment Oversees all work completed by sub-contractors on the HVAC informs management of problems as they are anticipated or develop. Operating Screw Chiller unit and Condensing unit, System pumps down, Expansion valve temperature control of Gauges (HP Gauge, LP Gauge), Oil Safety switch and Oil Pressure Switch Settlements Corrosion and other defects in daily basis.Mounting and impulse connection of the pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, pressure switch.To coordinate all the AC Activities (Including startup, shutdown, seal cover plate change, Oil charging gas charging and overhauling compressor).Able to maintenance work of air condition, Able to plant.
