Responsible for the creation of automated data pipeline using Alteryx to be used for different analysis using various data sources such as Snowflake, EDW, Salesforce, SAP, MVT, SFTP, inmoment and Pendo, WinScp, Filezilla2. Collaborating with different stakeholders for their request and working on different root cause analysis revolving around how to increase the NPS, EASE and Emotion score for different Products, Segment and Sub Segment by combining different survey data as well as financial data, usage data, support data and creating standard tableau report and publishing it to the tableau server to be used across the organisation.3. Performing text analytics to identify the root cause for various use cases accross the organisation.4. Development & Revamping of the Tableau dashboard for different product teams and stakeholders such as Chatbot dashboard, Non compliant Travel and Expense dashboard, customer support dashboard, Relationship dashboard etc.
