As we get lot of order from Japan, We have to complete our order from different footwear industries. I particularly inspect from material cutting – including sewing, Lasting, Finishing to assure high quality according to customer recruitment until the shipment of product.Now I am working as a senior Q.C. I particularly inspect from material cutting – including sewing, Lasting, Finishing to assure high quality according to customer recruitment until the shipment of product.Must check incoming materials to be assure the best quality in  Must check cutting knife with master pattern.  To be check cutting component,cutting board rotation,Some time give idea to operate how to reduce wastage.  Must be follow all sewing process.  To check needle ,Thread,Stitching gash, Stitching Allowance and lining setting method with upper component.  Finally Inspection complete upper after sewing  Must be check every mechanical and thermal process.  To be follow Temperature and time in thermal process.  Finally Inspection every pair of shoe compare with confirmation sample.  To be follow Reaping system on shoes put in the box accordingly customer method.

I was engaged as Stitching Executive about one year & six month at MAF shoes Ltd. in Chittagong with responsibility, honesty, sincerity and full satisfaction of clients.
