"(Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board is a largest Government-owned semi-autonomous organization, with responsibility for building, operating and maintaining Bangladesh’s largest electricity distribution network and providing electricity to more than 20 Million consumers)"Responsibilities:• Planning, designing, construction and supervision of 33 KV & 11 KV electrical distribution lines.• Planning, designing, installation, testing and commissioning of 33/11 KV, 10 MVA sub-stations.• Drawing, design and estimate preparation for electrical & civil construction work, evaluation of electrical & civil contractors’ performance and management of civil and electrical consultants. • Supervision of operation & maintenance of 33/11 KV sub-stations & distribution lines.• Management of different project stores having different types of electrical materials and equipment with administrative control of store officers & other staffs.• Monitoring of project progress, implementing the annual development program, revenue budget preparation, controlling project time schedules and budgets. • Supervising of technical staffs, distributing tasks among them and thus utilizing manpower, evaluating their performance etc.

Responsibilities:• Planning and Design of residential & commercial solar PV systems and preparing the standards & technical specifications of the materials. • Managing solar PV projects, from concepts through to successful installations and warranty management, which include liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, contract and project administration, and planning and scheduling.• Preparing competitive quotes of various sizes for entire projects, estimating the cost of materials, labour and equipment and applying prices aimed at securing the best utilization of government fund.• Collaborating with engineering and related divisions of the organization and contractors in formulating project strategies and delivering customized solar PV systems/solutions to meet government’s/clients’ requirements.• Minimizing warranty repairs through project evaluation and working collaboratively with contractors. • Developing, maintaining and foster effective relationships with clients, providing the update on projects and resolving any issues/concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.• Reviewing and interpret specifications, blueprints and architectural drawings to create project bids. • Creating budgets for quotations and develop project proposals.• Ensuring smooth operations by creating work schedules for various contractors to complete timelines, budgets and specification guidelines for construction and installation of solar PV systems.• Managing construction crews working on multi-million dollar industrial and commercial projects, ensuring a high level of workmanship and effective utilization of labour, materials and equipment.• Conducting on-site meetings to discuss project progress with crews and troubleshoot and resolve any issues/problems impeding smooth workflow or project deadlines.

The products of Abul Khair Steel are also being exported to neighbouring countries."Responsibilities:• Operation and maintenance of Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) and Tension Leveling Line (TLL).• Erection and commissioning of the Cold Rolled (CR) Coil Stitcher plant.• Troubleshooting and maintenance of HMI (Simatic), electrical motor drives (SIEMENS, ABB) & PLC (S7-400 SIEMENS, Allen Bradley) and SCADA.• Calibrating of different instruments. • Monitoring and maintenance of 132KV/33KV, 33KV/6.6KV, 33KV/3.3KV, 6.6KV/0.7KV, 3.3KV/0.7KV, 6.6KV/0.4KV electrical sub-stations.• Overseeing the power transmission & distribution system of the whole industry for ensuring quality power management.• Preparing the machine breakdown report, history card and analyze the root cause of the breakdown.
