Responsibilities:•Work closely with the product, design and Quality Control.•Implement a lean manufacturing process and reducing production time.•Improve process quality during the production time as well as reduce becoming raw materials crap and wastage.•Ensure that Electrostatic Discharge(ESD) has limited in standard specification before start production in line.• Preparing reports on production statistics and defect rates to help managers.•Find out defect root cause and provide accurate solution.•Ensure all parts are assembling perfectly according to the process flow chart and that the operators work consistently.•Inspecting parts for defects or flaws before they are shipped to customers.

Responsibilities:• Strictly following health and safety procedures and protocols.• Regular review of the production schedule.• Routine operation of equipment including inspection, cleaning, and maintenancein accordance with operational instructions.• Documentation of routine manufacturing processes.• Help to achieve daily production plan with quality.• Daily reporting to manager.
