At present 32 clinics are running in Government and private hospitals. Coordinate 3 projects funded by CBM (Multi Year), Miracle Feet (yearly) and Australian Aid (yearly) respectively. Provide technical support and ensure standard quality services of Ponseti Clubfoot Clinic so that clubfoot children get standard services from each clinic. Communicate and advocacy with the focal person of both Government and Non- government Organization to present Walk for Life project. Working with DPOs so that they can be sensitized on clubfoot disability, find out new clubfoot patients, refer them nearest clinic and ensure accessible services.  Monitor and manage programme reporting by partners, both narrative and financial to the country director. Ensure regular coordination meetings between the Glencoe foundation and their partner organizations. Support the coordination and production of the baseline, mid-term and final evaluation. Supervise, monitor and evaluate the paper work and technique of Ponseti practitioners and assistants.  Develop training manual for the Ponseti Practitioner. Coordinate and organize seminar, conference, workshop of Walk for Life  Conduct the workshop and training on Ponseti Method as a trainer. To open and develop new Ponseti Clubfoot clinic in Government and Non-government sectors. Provide technical and logistic support to do research. Monitor day to day activities of all clinic managers and Ponseti practitioner.  Conduct research about the outcome and success of the program
