Shirazummunir, is a highly experienced language trainer and an accomplished practitioner, recognised by his peers as an authority on English language teaching and training, with the background of MA in English and  more than 20 years of Teaching experience. Having a broad repertoire of training methods, he has planned and conducted numerous PTE Academic and IELTS training sessions for groups of trainees and executive learners since 2014, and proven himself facilitating hundreds of participants to achieve their desired score.In his training sessions, Munir blends necessary tips, strategies, and a wide range of practices, enabling his course participants to choose the methods they think will best suit their own situation. He designs his courses analysing the needs of the individuals in detail. Munir holds mastery over noticing needs that may not be apparent at the outset of the course, but unfolds as the training progresses. He adapts his demonstrations to meet these variable needs, and is able to balance the course contents in response to varying demands of participants.Being keen to observe participant responsiveness, Munir always prioritises post-observation discussion with the observed participant that involves insightful analysis of practice, beliefs and the level of consistency between them. While he usually tries to derive ways forward from the participant, he also offers a range of concrete suggestions and strategies for further progression.Munir is appraised by others as a constructive, involving presence, and his views are always acknowledged as balanced. He regularly presents at a range of language training sessions, and has taken up the leadership role at Neiman Education, the only Pearson Recognised Language Training Centre for PTE Academic Preparation Course in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
