Mechanical engineering graduate with an exquisite interest in fields of Engineering.I'm having a 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry as a mechanical engineer in Projects, Engineering and Maintenance department.My role as fallows: • Participating in preventive and general maintenance work as per the schedule. • Managing and resolving general maintenance complaints from all other departments. • Preparing engineering drawings. • Updating all engineering documents daily. • Writing daily work permits and coordinating with different departments for work clearance. • Participating in the calibration of instruments, safety walls, shell thickness tests for reactors and receivers, and spark tests for glass-lined reactors. • Coordinating service personnel from obtaining quotes to work completion. • Procurement of engineering spare parts. • Supervising and managing vendors and in-house personnel to ensure smooth and timely work completion. • Floor management for plant modifications as per user requirement documents and production department plans. • Participating in and monitoring all onsite work for chiller installation and commissioning from start to finish. • Participating in the handling of change control and deviations. • Participating in audits, including ISO, PCB (pollution control board) safety, and customer audits. • Assisting and coordinating in the preparation of qualification and re-qualification documents for equipment, including newly installed equipment. • Coordinating with team members effectively.• Participating in DM & PW activities like sanitization, CIP& Regeneration on daily basis.• Monitoring breakdowns, preventive and the process of water consumption & tracking abnormalities.
