Supervise and assist in daily warehouse activity including Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, distributing and assuring quality of goods. Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements• Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities• Measuring and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled affectively.• Continuously improve the efficiency of all material handling operations.• Coordinate with procurement Department & Material requester from the Site/Client.• Receiving “Service Material Request (SMR) from the requester to proceed order.• Create Purchase Request (PR) using IBM MAXIMO & ERP Tools to execute order against the SMR. • Receiving Material and maintain record in our computer system (ERP, MAXIMO & NCH) against PR/SMR.• Material Controlling affectively and book keeping record of Invoice / PR / SMR. • Tracking material shipment through PO in reference of PR and follow up with Procurement Department• Ensure shipments, inventory transactions accuracy & Creating IPAS to send invoice/DN in procurement department.• To submit reports on weekly, monthly and annual bases to the Management/Operation Manager.• Directly connected with the requester, Client and Using automated computer system to monitor stock control
