- Preparation of SOPs, BMRs and other GMPdocuments.- Analysing the productivity, capacity utilizationand manpower development.- Maintaining cGMP standard at all stages ofproduction activities.- Whole Production Data analysis in OracleSystem (ERP)- Maintaining the suitable working environmentand assisting the subordinates in technicalmatters.- Arranging the training activities for theoperators & subordinates.- Organising the duties of department operatorseffectively, efficiently and handle technicalproblems in the section.Arranging the training activities for theinternees from various universities and train theinternees.- Preparation of monthly production reports &monitoring the Man Hours.Monitoring the product development activities.- Responsible for manufacturing of solid Dept.e.g. Granulation, Compression, Coating &Encapsulation operation.- Maintaining proper documentation & reportingof all sorts of production.- Maintaining Log Books in respective areas.- Monitoring the productivity, wastage reduction,yield improvement, and cost control.
