• Experienced in 100% ERP based system, where all the organizational activity is operated and monitored by ERP.• Preparation of the financial statements in compliance with International Accounting Standard as adopted in Bangladesh, Companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable for the group.• Cross functional activity: Preparation of JD, implementation of ERP, Functional manpower planning and assisting other accounts personnel.• Prepare periodical financial statements along with analysis for management information.• Finalization of Monthly books of Accounts for reporting purpose• Supervise & monitor the day to day works of the accounts personnel.• Assist the central management by furnishing them various information & financial data time to time• Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities• Ensure proper Budgeting, arranging and allocation of fund• Working capital Analysis• Assist the preparation of the company’s budget and ensure budgetary control.• Report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances.• Engage in cost reduction analysis of all areas of the company like value analysis, functional analysis and labour cost analysis.• Assist supervisor and management in designing and maintaining a sound internal control system.• Supervise, monitor and Implement an ERP system for more than 600 core of assets.• Ensure proper recording of fixed assets.• Monitoring of Fixed Asset Module and GL through reconciling fixed asset.• Ensure accurate calculation of depreciation expenses according to the classes of fixed assets.• Monitor yearly of fixed assets physical counting.• Prepare fixed asset related audit schedules, and collaborate with auditors on their assignments.• Track Company's fixed asset spending in relation to its capital budget, as well as management authorizations.
