Compliance Responsibilities:• Organizational Development by implementing policy and procedure.• To prepare factory floors/working environments in accordance with compliance standards, i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DETOX, SWAN, GOTS, OCS, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT ACCORD and HIGG.• Follow-up & monitor Accord/ALLIANCE CAPs and handling the full Accord/ALLIANCE issues.• Attending different kinds of Auditors, Buyers & Visitors. Monitoring good implementation of different kinds of social, technical, environmental & safety standards throughout the facility.• To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer`s requirement.• Follow up & implementation of post audit recommendations.• Conduct internal audit and monitoring social compliance - legal, policies, health-safety, wages, working hours and housekeeping.• Conduct internal audit and monitoring environmental compliance - Waste water, ETP, waste, emission, energy records.• Support in house fire safety responsible for fire drill and day to day fire safety issue.• To identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in future.
