Co-ordinate with R&D for successful transfer of the developed technology from R&D lab to Pilot plant and Process validation as well as routine Production.6. Maintain the manufacturing facility and required utilities for these in-service floors.7. Ensure that all production equipment is in good functional and operational order.8. Effective communication with all colleagues including inter department.9. Perform production related SAP activities.10.Proper planning of Manpower to utilize the equipment & facility for effective output.11.Co-ordinate with subordinate personnel (team) and give clear instructions for daily activities.12.Annual Product Quality review document.13.Review report on OOS/OOT14.Reporting of any incident (trouble shooting) within Plant operation.15.Prepare reporting of SM/Intermediates and finished APIs’ inventories.16.To coordinate with engineering department for routine preventive and corrective maintenance.

The Compressor section consist of Natural Gas Compressor(NGC), Process air Compressor(PAC), Synthesis gas compressor(SGC) and Ammonia Refrigeration Compressor(ARC). I can start-up and shut-down the Compressor independently. I am able to maintain the seal oil and lube oil system, Vacuum system & other related auxiliary equipment. Ammonia Synthesis unit : this section consists high pressure Synthesis loop, Ammonia Refrigeration loop and Liquid ammonia storage system. I am able handle all king of problem and trouble shooting in these loop. I can properly cool down and start-up of Ammonia product pump. Ammonia Front-end section :Reforming section: Reforming section consists, Hydrogenation & Desulphurization (Sulphur Removal) unit, Primary & Secondary reformer unit, HTS<S CO–Shift conversion unit, CO2 removal (Benfield) unit , Methanation units.
