Preparing monthly budget variance report as per annual budget planning (ABP).6. Taking appropriate initiative about reducing wastage and how to increase productivity of Plant.7. Analyzing Plant KPI report for various department against their targeted.8. Preparing batch wise product costing & cost analysis with BOM of all products as per production report.9. Preparing LC wise landed cost of all imported materials such as Raw materials, chemical, packing etc.10.Conducting cost analysis and cost-benefit studies to identify areas for cost reduction & efficiency improvement.11.Identifying cost saving opportunities and process development & identify developing area to minimize wastage.12.Preparing utility costing (Boiler plant, Nitrogen Plant, Chiller Plant, Water treatment Plant & Co2 Plant) report & comparison with yearly budgeted cost.13.Preparing ABC costing report for accurate allocation of overall overhead on product.14.Preparing and analyzing yearly overall budgeted report of every cost center.15.Cost center wise accurate allocation of overhead (Variable & Fixed) cost in various production activities.16.Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.17.Preparing fixed assets schedule for financial statement.18.Conducting Quarterly basis cross functional training as a trainer with all department.

Checking raw materials & chemical consumption report as per standard consumption vs actual consumption.3. Implementing process auditing system with factory operation & finding out lack of operational activities occurred by dedicated personnel.4. Assist in the evaluation of the Internal control system within the group.5. Depot visit for auditing overall operational & financial activities, physical stock counting & preparing management report for submitting to the higher management.6. Market visit physically with purchase committee & price negotiation with supplier.7. Checking Master LC & Back-to-Back LC related documents such as PO, commercial invoice, bill of exchanges, customs clearance related documents & delivery challan etc.8. Checking & verifying work order of various kinds of construction (civil work) & maintenance bill (Electrical & Mechanical) before final payment.9. Audit on Monthly salary/ wages & OT sheet, increment, maternity benefits, final-settlement, yearly earn leave payment of the employee as per Labor Law Act – 2006 amendment 2022.10.Checking all kinds of financial documents.11.Daily petty cash check & audit on vouchers/ documents related with finance.12.Audit in developing & implementing internal audit procedure and activities.13.Audit to develop various controlling systems and improving the existing systems.14.Assist in the identification of weakness, if any, in the internal control system and recommend remedial measures thereof.15.Checking leave application of staff & workers with job card and manual register.16.Checking all procurement procedures.17.Market verification of all local purchases.18.Assist with external compliance audit team.
