-Developing SOP and job specific HIRA for mitigating the risk level at each workplace, equipment and activities.-Imparting job specific training to all department according to training matrix.-Developing contractor selection process aligning with Coca-Cola contractor safetymanagement process and evaluating the monthly ehs performance. Conductmonthly EHS meeting with contractors for detailed review of the observationspending points.-Inspecting all portable hand tools, portable power tools with concerned electricalengineer for its healthiness- and impart training for all machine operators.-Involving in shop floor activity to identify the hazards and taking corrective actionto mitigate the risk level.-Ensure job specific PPE accoding to matrix to minimize the severity of the risklevel.-Conducting job specific training in coordination with external agency to improvethe competency level.-Conducting plant safety internal audit (QSE audit team) in complying withCoca-Cola specification.-Develop awareness level on BBS to identify the system barrier and culturaltransformation by adopting safe behaviours at work place.-Strengthen EHS concern reporting, near miss report analyzing the incident rootcause and implement the CAPA.-Promote QSE culture by initiating Reward & Recognition as part of culturaltransformation.-Maintaining permit to work compliance tracker and imparting training related tolagging indicators.-Organizing mock drills, safety meeting &firefighting drill to ensure workers areaware on necessary actions required during emergencies, as part of emergency preparedness plan.

-Ensuring safety standards during working at height from scaffolding structure,cooling tower work using self climbing formwork (life line with rope grab fallarrestor, retractable fall arrestor)along with engineering defenses.-Inspecting all portable hand tools, portable power tools with concerned electricalengineer for its healthiness- and impart training for all machine operators.-Ensuring 100% PTW compliance by vising various work location.-Conducting TBT on daily basis prior to start the work.-Ensuring lifting operation (tandem lifting, critical lifting) with mobile crane( 100T)during PEB structure erection, EOT crane, chain pulley arrangement- ensureslifting plan and training for rigger/fitter/operator.-Ensuring safe operation of mobile crane, static crane, mobile elevating workingplatform (boom lift & scissor lift) and other construction vehicle by arrangingtraining for operator and other supervisor-Ensure availability of spill kit to control the chemical spillage, siren, AED,stretcher, ambulance van, male nurse, rescue kit as part of emergency rescueplan.-Reporting any event, incident, observation with NPCIL team.-Conducting weekly meeting with NPCIL team related to observation and findings.
