CurrentResponsible for achieving the assigned sales and collection targets for the Dubai and other Emirates (MOM and YTD). Preparing sales contract/MOU/NDA ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines. Responsible for achieving the assigned sales and collection targets (MOM and YTD). Develop sales strategies and plans in line with organizational goals, policy and code of ethics. Preparing sales contract/MOU/Annual contract/service Agreement ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Developing new services. Developing entry level staff into valuable Sales Executive. Manage, develop and expand current client relationships. To develop the new clients and increase the volume of sale from the existing clients. Strengthen client retention through repeat business, renewals and referrals. To represent the company in all trade fairs and exhibitions which are held in UAE. Map the market thoroughly for potential clients and devise strategies to develop them. Strengthen client retention through repeat business, renewals, and referrals. Ensure fast, efficient, and effective resolution of client’s requests, issues and queries. Foster high customer satisfaction and customer engagement. To provide timely market intelligence on competitor’s services, promotional activities, trade partner requirements etc. to the Company. Prepare and present weekly and monthly Sales reports and any other MIS reports as required. Support Invoicing, Credit Control and Finance teams on documentation, payments or other issues. Analyze and report on Customer Service activity, outcomes and insights. Provide value-added support to clients by providing information and guidance, researching and recommending waste management solutions and service improvement initiates. Always deliver excellent customer service; ensure the same by staff. Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations teams and Support teams.
