• Coordinate and liaising with district and block Health administration team (Civil surgeon, Dist Program Manager , Deputy Superintendent , Dist Program coordinator, Hospital Manager ,Block coordinator, Block health manager etc. .) for smooth implementation project activities.• Worked on digitization project with 350 ASHA workers in Kurhani block of Muzaffarpur , Bihar and ANM training on ANMOL App• Worked on Pilot project of Piramal foundation on Digital Bharat mission at District Hospital ,PHC and HWC • Organized workshop on "Capacity building and team building "for District hospital staffs and create Peer learning community forum. • Supported on Routine immunization schedule and mobilized the community why Immunization is important.• Support on Ayushman Bharat digital mission program to create HPR , HFR and ABHA id and Created awareness program about Digitization at Block and village level. • During my Community immersion process, Support in development of community and awareness about health facilities provide by the govt . • Working on Behavior change and capacity building of hospital staff. • Represent Piramal foundation in meeting organized by the Dist Health society and share the field experiences. • Engage actively for providing field insights and done all activities through two tools NON-Violent Communication and Influence without Authority• Ensure documentation of best practices for showcasing the progress, challenges, and learning.
