Buyer communication, Pricing, Development, Sourcing, all kind of merchandising issue and production follow up.On-going analysis of margins by style buyer and product category. Monitoring production to ensure on time shipment. Every day meeting with all merchandiser and all department to solve problem. Buyer and merchandiser wise turnover analysis monthly and yearly and show to top management.Overall responsibility pricing to Ex-Factory.
