• Responsible for designing Air-conditioning systems for Hospitals, Malls, Offices, Metro, Residencies, Industrial Projects etc. • Heat load calculations using Excel sheets etc.• Designing and calculating Ventilation systems for Parking, Garages, Factories, Plant rooms etc.• Designing and calculating Pressurization systems for Lift Lobbies, Lift Wells & Staircases.• Making various Design Basis Reports, data sheets, progress reports, developing a working schedule & reviewing.• Planning and preparing working schedule for projects. Handling technical submittals/data sheets and compliance.• Working with draughtsman/modeler to prepare HVAC Drawings and models.• Working with draughtsman/modeler to prepare HVAC Drawings and models.• Coordination with Architect & clients, other agency for creating work fronts, clearing constraints, attending priority works.• Pump Head Calculations, Selection of pipes, fans and AHUs etc.• Prepare BOQ, Technical data sheets & Rate analysis.• To prepare the compliance statements & Handing over documents.• To attend the meetings with client.
