I have started a new journey as a Customer Assistant with South Western Railway ( Adecco). My job requires me to travel to different stations daily and I have some wonderful experiences. I assist passengers by providing them with accurate train information and when trains are canceled, inform them about the rail replacement bus service. I truly enjoy my job and appreciate the new experiences it brings.

As a Gate Line Assistant, I play a key role in ensuring smooth passenger flow and enhancing the travel experience at railway stations. My responsibilities include managing gate line operations, assisting passengers with queries, supporting ticket validation, and ensuring safety and security standards are upheld. I take pride in delivering excellent customer service, helping travelers with accurate information, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming environment for all.
