Working Experience of full time job is at a stretch 11 Years, 11 Months, 21 Days (On May 21, 2022) at the field of Monitoring and Evaluation cell in four different projects in four development organizations of whom 06 years and 04 months with top management level. Nearly 2 years with children safety focused job. Current Job is in ASK Training & Consulting , Afghanistan as M & E Expert and Technical Adviser(Contractual).Besides, I’m leading key role of MEAL of Food for the Hungry. I’m leading all M & E related activities all over the Bangladesh. There are 06 dedicated M&E personnel of FH MEAL Unit. I’m coordinating them. M & E System preparation and review is regularly done for my job nature. Have experience and expertise to prepare check list, questionnaire, schedule by settings SMART indicators as per the objective of Monitored area. I have good hand in designing project implementation plan, project progress tracking strategy, M&E System, Monitoring Framework, M&E Plan. Regular Monitoring conduction is one of my key experience of career. Have experience in conduction monitoring at Input, Process, and Performance level according to Monitoring Plan. Have experience of conduction result based monitoring and participatory monitoring considering project log-frame, result chain and Theory of Change. Report Preparation is my very regular jobs. Playing key role in preparing periodical and non-periodical formative and qualitative reports preparation for donor and organization. Besides, Have expertise on preparing Situation analysis report, Events report etc as per requirements of project. Data Management is the part and parcel of Monitoring activities. Have expertise on data management such as data digitization, data compilation, database preparation, data quality ensuring, data storage and Usage as per requirements, Have special techniques on data collection especially from very remote or conservative area. Have good hand in maintaining web-based database and online data collection.Analytical Apps operation is one of my strong skill in my skill list. I also have expertise on database development & using various analytical software like Atlast ti, SPSS, STATA, Epi info MS Access, MS Excel .I also can drive friendly other essential computer applications such as Word Processing – MS Word, Presentation- Power point etc. Have expertise on remote data collection strategy through ODK,Kobo.
