At AQM, currently Eurofins I have served as a Sr. lead auditor and conducted social compliance audit on behalf of some reputed European brands, like Pimkie, Carrefour, Camaieu, Group Casino, Jules, Damart, Auchan etc. I have also attended Environmental audits, security audit (SCAN), client COC audits etc.Apart from Bangladesh, I led number of social compliance audits in Myanmar and India for renowned international brands.

In ELEVATE, I have conducted social compliance audit, C-TPAT audit on behalf of some renowned brands, like KiK, Primark, Gemo, Ann Inc, Costco Wholesale, The Warehouse Limited, next, Amazon, Twinings etc. In addition to social compliance audit, I have also conducted some fire & building safety audit and off-site interview for GEMO & Ann Inc respectively.I have also conducted some BSCI audit as member auditor and conducted workers survey for the University of California in Bangladeshi readymade garments factories.

As a HR & Compliance manager in Vision Apparels, it was my prime duty to maintain and control the overall condition of the factory regarding human resource management and social compliance. I have conducted internal audit on health and safety (especially on the requirements of ACCORD). Facing social compliance audit & visit from different buyers and third party audit firms were a regular task for me. I have faced social audits for some renowned brands, like H&M, C&A, Springfield etc. and also provided feedback on corrective action plan to the respective clients. I have also ensured legal benefits for the employees, established policies and developed some CSR programs in the organization. Ensuring basic education by the welfare officers for the children of Day Care was one of them. I have started my career as a HR Officer in Vision Apparels on 2010. I got promoted to Asst. Manager (HR & Compliance) in 2012 and Manager in 2013.
