Assist with the operation of a warehouse or storeroom; receiving, stocking, processing and distributing materials:❖ Receive, inspect and store all warehouse stock.❖ Pull custodial supplies from shelves and prepare them for delivery to project sites.❖ Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved.❖ Issue supplies (Common stock item) and equipment (Spare Parts).❖ Take periodic inventories (Binning, Labelling, Updating stock cards).❖ Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.❖ Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed (Key In & submit Receiption Voucher, Compile Delivery Orders & Purchase Orders).❖ Perform related tasks as required.❖ Supervise subcontracted or third-party support to meet project demands, for reasons of cost-effectiveness or in response to in-house resource limitations.
