Preparation of Master Plan for Pourashavas (Municipalities) of Package#8 under Upazila (Sub-district) Towns Infrastructure Development Project (UTIDP), LGED.Main duties and responsibilities were Preparation of Survey Report and Interim Report with supporting maps of various Pourashavas. Organized and conducted inception workshops with the Pourashava authorities and local people. Developed relevant survey formats for Traffic and Transportation Survey, Environmental Study, Drainage Survey, Socioeconomic Survey, Land use Survey and Economic Activity Survey etc.I was also Involved in monitoring of different survey activities including topographical survey, physical feature survey and land use survey. Composition and plotting of existing physical feature map and existing land use map using Arc GIS 9.2 and Arc/View 3.3 were also performed.

Preparation of Detailed Area Plan (DAP) of Group-E under Dhaka Metropolitan Development Plan (DMDP), RAJUK.Main responsibilities were assisting the Team Leader in preparation of Survey Report, Interim Report and Draft Final Report, checking physical feature survey maps of Detailed Area Plan for DMDP Structure Plan of RAJUK, updating the checked map with existing map of DAP(Group-E), Geo-referencing of Mouza Map and Physical Feature Map using Auto CAD and GIS Software (Arc View 3.2 and Arc/Info) . Conducted various survey works and meetings with stakeholders to ensure the community participation in development process. Analyzed the survey data and preparation of maps as required. Overall co-ordination of project activities with Team Leaders, Project Experts and Clients to ensure the timely completion of the project.
