• 33KV & 11kv Feeder lines Route survey & BOQ preparation.• Marking of pole spotting & DTR locations and supervision of entire erection works. • Preparation of Client JMC, BOQ and coordinate with client for JMC certification.• Certification of Contractor billing Material reconciliation. • Maintained Project related Documents MIS report, JMC documents& approved drawings.• I co-ordinate with client and contractor to solve the ROW Issues at site level.• I coordinate with manpower for follow-up as per Safety norms. B) BEE Closer in system.C) I participated CSR activities.• Client query & rectification.• Providing daily progress report and Project Status report (Target V/s Achievement).• Ensure material availability, In order to complete project within the time. • Maintaining good relation for timely Completion/collection of Project.

Role & Responsibilities. • All 11kv Feeder lines Route survey & BOQ preparation.• Marking of pole spotting & DTR locations and supervision of entire erection works. • Preparation of Client JMC, BOQ and coordinate with client for JMC certification.• Certification of Contractor billing Material reconciliation. • Completed execution of work along with site closure.• Co-ordinate with my teams for completion of targets.• Co-ordinate with subcontractors to complete the execution plane as per target.• I coordinate with erection manpower for follow-up as per Safety norms and I also reporting to safety team.• I co-ordinate with client and contractor to solve the ROW Issues at site level.• Actively involved in planning for timely completion of Project.• Technically competent in erection and installation of all types of HT & LT Electrical equipment’s.• Handle the tasks of monitoring the development of installation and update the report to senior management.• Implementing quality standards and maintaining the relevant documents.• Co-ordination with clients for our billing.• Ensuring the safety standards at ongoing site.• Releasing retention bill of subcontractors.

▪ Arrangement of planning meeting/workshops to rollout the agreed work breakdown structures and working methods to the various planning contributors.▪ Ensure that any necessary planning interface with the site Work Management Process is established.▪ Manage various schedules to ensure that work is completed as scheduled and to identify schedule-associated Bills for management attention and action.
