As a logistics major at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, I am passionate about the logistics sector and its impact on the global economy and society. I have gained a solid foundation in logistics operations, such as truckload freight, transportation planning, and inventory management, through my coursework and projects. I am also committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field.Since December 2023, I have been working as a digital marketer at Shree Hari Nursery, a family-owned business that sells grafted fruit plants and promotes environmental sustainability. I am responsible for managing the Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube profiles of the business, and creating engaging and informative content to attract and retain customers. I have also been involved in logistics and customer service, preparing quotations and purchase orders, tracking order fulfillment, and handling relations with stakeholders. Through this experience, I have learned the importance of delivering quality goods and services, building customer loyalty, and optimizing the supply chain. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision and values.
