Current- Led daily trade clearing operations across a diverse range of global exchanges, including SFE, NZFE, OSE, TSE, SGX, HKFE, EMEA.- Resolved T+ suspense breaks and unallocated trades, ensuring seamless clearing processes.- Addressed internal and external reconciliation discrepancies between GMI and exchanges.- Checks to make sure client allocations are not stuck in Salesforce, resolving such breaks by adding necessary mappings, which can be Broker membership, Account, and Product, and also to help onboard new clients.- Collaborated closely with traders, sales teams, brokers and clients to ensure smooth trade clearing and risk management.- Assisted with client reallocation and managed position transfer requests.- Handled client breaksheets for major clients across ASIA, EMEA, and US markets, ensuring accuracy in trade reflection.- Resolving daily reporting discrepancies raised by Exchange. Identifying the discrepancy and working with Technology and Reporting team to deliver correct reports to Exchange.- Monitored and resolved client queries globally, fostering strong client relationships.- Prepared SOPs and rule books for exchanges, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.- Conducted regular audits to ensure SOPs and rule books were updated and followed.- Shared knowledge with the team on a daily basis to enhance operational capabilities and foster a culture of learning.
