Organized relevant meetings, survey for data collection, exchanged views with competent authorities, provided inputs to develop policies and final narrative report.Organised and attended three day long , Workshop on Food Safety and AMR Surveillance of Food of Animal Origin, 28-30 March 2022 at Dhaka.

Draft policy paper on the proposed food safety legal framework for food of animal origin .Organised and attended a workshop on, Strengthening the Legal and Institutional Capacity for the management of Food Safety of Products of Animal Origin, 26-27 January 2022 at Dhaka.Attended Inception Workshop for the Livestock and Dairy Development Project held on 19 October 2021organised by UNIDO and project authority.

Providing consulting services on accreditation, metrology, standard, Quality, Legal , project management, Food safety, media and public relations.

Worked for the project title, Implementation of National Quality Policy and Establishment of Bangladesh National Quality and Technical Regulation Council(BNQTRC) and drafted the BNQTRC ACT.

Rendered advisory services to a daily newspaper, media management and marketing .Delivered lecture on trade ,WTO, strategic management and accreditation.

Created and developed a new national organization Bangladesh Accreditation Board from new regulatory mandate. Led development of national voluntary conformity assessment system to align with international practice. Organization was manned in late 2010 and the first certificate of accreditation on ISO/IEC 17025-conformant laboratory was issued in June 2012. Led BAB through the implementation of steps needed to acquire international recognition of ILAC, APLAC, IAF and PAC. BAB achieved APLAC MRA in January 2015.

Diplomatic mission delivered both diplomatic and administrative services in Libya. Responsible for the diplomatic and welfare of forty thousand Bangladeshi expatriate workers. Negotiated greater access to work by Bangladeshis and worked with Libyan government and employers to ensure workers welfare. Created strong mission team with focus on service and attainment of goals.

Responsible for support to consular, administrative and logistic operations of Bangladesh embassies throughout Middle East. Maintained supporting functions for 8 operating embassies.

Management of National Censor Board for Bangladeshi and foreign produced Commercial Cinema. Released over 100 films while in office and organized legal responses to Board decisions.

Creation and editing of government publications, films and promotional materials for organiging government publicity.

Promoted trade and business opportunities between Bangladesh and Myanmar. Consular activities regularly.

Over seventeen years of service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Agriculture , Jute and Textiles, Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat, as Public Relations Officer, Press Liaison Officer to the 24th Infantry Division HQ, Bangladesh Army. Main task was to build relationships between government and public. Promoted to the rank of Senior Assistant Secretary in 1992.
