Managed many project teams from engineering consultants to building contractors on local and international projects. My most recent projects include Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove Resort on St. Thomas, U.S.V.I, Starwood’s Westin Resort on St. John, U.S.V.I, Marriott’s Grande Vista Resort and Pool Bar, ChampionsGate Luxury Apartments Clubhouse, House of Hope’s Cottage building, and Marriott’s Residence Inn Orlando. I enjoy the challenges of working on multi-building resorts and large projects. They bring out my drive and enthusiastic approach to life manifested in my everyday routine. Managing with a sense of humor also brings out the sparkling personality and my ability to work with others in a fast paced and energetic industry.In addition to my project management duties, I also coordinate the office CAD standards, product information reviews and product updating. Contracted and Managed Restaurant and Nightclub construction projects for the U.S. Government MWR (Moral Welfare and Recreation) division in the United States, Yokuska and Atsugi, Japan, and Heidelberg Germany Army Base. Project managed the construction of the Tour 18 Golf Course Main club facility in Humble Texas, 1999.Project managed Several Sonic Restaurant buildings in Orlando Flordia, 1998 to 2001.Project managed Taza international restaurant in Orlando Florida, 2001.Project manage several commercial buildings in Orlando Florida, 1999-2000.

Project captain for design support for Florida Hospitals; Florida Hospital- Orlando, Winter Haven Hospital, Winter Park Hospital Home Health Center, South Seminole Community Hospital, Health Centeral-Winter Garden, Volusia Medical Center, Saxxon Medical Center-Deland, Coral Gables Hospital Coral Springs.Additional projects included 28,000 sf multi-story commercial office building and class 1000 clean room facility-Sawtek, Apopka, FL. Project captain for the Main air mail facility for the USPS building at the Orlando International Airport. Additional duties included on-site reviews, client meetings and shop drawing approvals.I managed project support teams from design disciplines to in house documentation from conception to final turn over.
