To ensure activity of the quality assurance department developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of QMS (general & micro) and reliability testing for the organizations products and development processes, Creating, analyzing, monitoring, continuously improving all SOP`s & work instruction according to the FSSC 22000:2018(v-5.1). Conduct calibration after fixed time interval of all laboratory & process equipment according to the requirement of BSTI & FSSC 22000:2018, 4. Manage the internal, External(FSSC-22000, HACCP, HALAL, SGP, SEDEX), third party audit according to scheduled time, HACCP Plan monitoring, verification & validation( PRPs,OPRPs & CCPs ), Conduct to testing raw & finish product time to time on an external laboratory according to the requirement of BSTI, FSSC 22000:2018 & specific Customer, Arrange to mock recall, internal training & fire drill according to the schedule, Handling customer complain, product return & out of specification, 9. Monitoring to pest control activity (third party), Conduct to proficiency test program according to the laboratory, Preparing to Food safety policy, objective & Monitoring, Food safety & HACCP team, PC & Safety committee members & work in accordance with policy.
