Consultant to Amec Foster wheeler, Investment Services (Formerley AMEC plc) Offering startegic planning, risk profiling and commercial experience to the wider AMEC community, while continuing to deal with current and future liabilities on construction projects. Ongoing responsibility for coordinating expert statements, Insurance recoveries, legal strategy, risk analysis and cost effective remedial schemes for construction defects, across a highly diverse portfolio, ranging from large scale civil engineering projects, sports facilities, schools, offices and residential developments utilising all major standard forms and a number of bespoke contracts.

Responsible for a very succesful £4.25M refurb and part new build of University of Manchester Engineering Department over an 18 month period, followed by a further 18 months on two refurbs on School Lane, on the prestigious "Liverpool One" project, heading up a team of three with a value of £3M.
