I have 13 years of experience leading operations at various organizations, and I've been running my own shop since 2019. I have a ton of experience working in and around schools and school systems (another true love of mine). I particularly love People Operations and digging into the (often messy, always fascinating) intersections of HR and Finance (Hello, payroll! Hello, benefits administration!).
