Job Responsibility• Record and collect Sales force data for use by internal co-workers and external clients, including control of Sales force data integrity• Compile reports as outlined by Director of Business Development ensuring deadlines are met• Gather and research information to produce market intelligence reports, using the internet, industry publications, government statistics, clients, co-workers, etc.• Maintain collaboration sites• Assist in proposal development• Produce weekly key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the Business Development Department and Managing Director• Prepare meeting minutes, including action items and follow-up• Responsible for document control and administration Support to the Business Development Department.
