Responsibilities:• Provide world-class support to all global customers in a customer-centric environment through the use of multiple support tools via different channels that include email, chat, phone, and social media.• Perform client onboarding regarding Meta ad account management requests in Avokaado CLM to CRM platforms, meet customer demands with existing products and ensure data accuracy and authenticity.• Escalate and file tickets on the Freshdesk and collaborate with the Httpool SMB Product team and follow up to ensure timely resolution to customer's issues.• Conduct content moderation daily and block harmful content quickly to ensure that it doesn't go against Aleph Express community and commerce guidelines.• Provide backoffice support, KYC, customer support, retention, and app based technical support by collaborating with the product team for the Aleph Express.• Provide creative suggestions to Aleph Express customer's to improve their ad campaigns to make them more engaging with their target audience.• Document customer interactions based on Standard Operating Procedures to protect customer data according to Data Protection Policy.• Social media integrations with Freshdesk CRM, setting up messaging automation and optimizing bot flow for smooth business solutions.
