Since 1995 I’ve been working on projects based on the Web platform. I had opportunities to collaborate with large government projects, banking (e-banking) and insurance, to coordinate international projects with remote local and foreign teams, and to be responsible for the sales channel (e-commerce) of one of the largest Brazilian companies at the time. Of those projects, I highlight the following:1. Credit Bank of Peru (e-banking): Development of web platform for corporate banking system with payroll, banking transactions, loans, investments, and integration with Mainframe platform using MQ Series. BCP is the largest bank of Peru. In this project, I had remotely coordinated 23 employees distributed in the cities of Lima, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo;2. iMusica Platform: As a CIO of the company, I was responsible for the development of the streaming platform of the largest digital content provider in Latin America and integration with the hub of the Carso group (Claro Mexico);3. Casa&Video (e-commerce): Responsible for C&V e-commerce platform, with a team of 20 workers and 12 external companies suppliers. We were the first e-commerce site in Brazil to use the computer service in the cloud (Amazon). In addition to maintaining the sales platform, I was responsible for SEO work, integration with payment platforms, credit risk analysis, and integration with legacy sales, payment, and logistics systems, among others.4. Youth Network(e-government): As a UNDP consultant, I was responsible for supporting the Federal Government in establishing public policies and developing a portal for the digital inclusion of citizens from underprivileged communities in Brazil, developed under Mr. President Fernando Henrique Cardoso (a partnership of Government Ministry of Science and Technology with the NGO Solidarity Community);5. Rhodia B2B (e-procurement): I was responsible for developing their e-procurement platform, integrated with corporate SAP.Experience and LeadershipI have extensive experience in web systems deployment, having proficiency in the knowledge of all technological layers involved, to mention: Front-End, Backend, Middleware, Database, and Mobile. I use agile methodologies and have experience as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.The main characteristics of the teams I coordinated are ethics, motivation, and commitment to the result. I insistently seek that the work environment is productive and collaborative.
