The BBLTJ program uses a competitive selection process to enrol students from the three different educational tracks, namely English and Bengali medium, and Madrassa.He was an Instructor of the 15 Day Development Program. He coordinated one course named Innovative leadership Plus (ILP), where students get practical knowledge about leadership theories like leadership and Authority, public speaking, and fieldwork on the project. And he took 5 sessions on public speaking, presentation, and report writing in another course named 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.He completed his Honors in Economics & Banking Department from International Islamic Chittagong.
